Most recently he served as a Vice President in Investment Management Marketing for Morgan Stanley, where he was recognized for his creativity, collaborative approach, and ability to develop/implement challenging projects under tight deadlines.

Originally from the Midwest, Dale holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. in Marketing from the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota).
